At the 2010 edition of Webstock Awards, TreeWorks won first prize for all the three projects signed in the competition: ZeList Monitor, Plimbarescu.ro and Inna Twitter Uncovering Game. According to the organizers, “Webstock Awards salute the most creative and original projects and social media campaigns recently released in Romania”.
ZeList Monitor won the first prize for the Utility category. Launched at the beginning of this year in private beta, the ZeList monitoring service enjoyed from the start the attention of professionals from the online area, it already has as clients numerous important companies from the Romanian market. This platform was created for monitoring brand reputation and allows the interested parties to have an overview regarding the social media from the Romanian Internet and the impact it has over their brands.
First prize was also given to Plimbarescu.ro, at the User Generated Content category. Recently launched, Plimbarescu.ro is the place where those who love traveling meet to share their stories and experiences about the journeys they took. The website has a great degree of interactivity and usability.
The other first prize was won at the Microblogging Projects category, a project developed for one of TreeWorks client's, Empire Music Management. The project consisted of a Twitter game for promoting the FHM may 2010 issue cover story of Inna, a Romanian singer; there was created a Twitter application that linked visualizing one of the photos in the magazine with the number of followers of Inna's Twitter account.
